Ryan Marcomb – Real Estate President
After graduating from Tulane University with a degree in finance, Ryan began his career in the corporate banking industry in which he worked for 8 years. He has since also obtained his Masters in Business Administration from University of New Orleans. Ryan has been a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana since 2006 involved in both commercial and residential transactions of all sizes totaling over $100 million.
Neal Clark — President of Nations Mortgage
Neal Clark, is the President of Nations Mortgage, a division of Nations Loan Services, LLC. Neal began his career in Banking in 1985, after receiving his degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. He worked as a Vice President with Whitney and Hibernia National Bank in New Orleans. In 1997, Neal left banking to start a career in mortgage lending. He has experience in RURAL DEVELOPMENT LOANS, VETERAN ADMINSTATION LOANS, FHA LOANS and CONVENTIONAL LOANS. With his years of experience, Neal is able to guide home buyers through the home buying experience.
Robert Shemeld – Vice President Commercial & Multi-Family
Mr. Shemeld’s real estate career spans thirty-five years. He has a penchant for financing the acquisition, construction and rehab of apartment buildings, and healthcare facilities; however, he has negotiated the sale and financing of various types of real estate including office, retail and hospitality projects. In addition to real estate, Mr. Shemeld has secured factoring (accounts receivable financing), negotiated the sale of bank-owned performing and non-performing paper to Wall Street. He has also co-developed mixed-use and single-family projects. Mr. Shemeld has owned and operated investment properties and apartments for his own portfolio. Recently he has worked to import and sell sugar to U.S. companies.
A former Real Estate Broker, Mr. Shemeld is a former Marine, and combat veteran. He is an avid sailor and an accomplished skeet and clays shooter. He is the author of the political thriller, The Narraganset Files and several magazine articles. Mr. Shemeld attended American University and is a native, and resident of Northern Virginia. He is the proud father of three.
Paul W. Stagg — Vice President of Nations Loan Services
Paul began his career in Mortgage Banking in 1974, after receiving his degree in Real Estate Economics from San Diego State University. Paul has over 40 years of banking and mortgage banking experience. He worked as a Mortgage Banker with Bank of New Orleans and First NBC Bank. In 1982 Paul created his on Mortgage Company and provided Rural Development Loans, FNMA loans, FHLMC loans, Residential and Multifamily developments and FHA/Veterans Administration loans.
Patrick Graffagnino — Marketing
Patrick , A native of Louisiana who has lived in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Covington and has relocated back home to the New Orleans Northshore area from Houston, Texas in 2007.
Patrick comes to Nations Loan Services with a diverse background in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism, Construction, over 15 years in Corporate Sales and Sales Management and 10 plus years in Commercial Real Estate Development and Project Management Sales. His sales experience includes selling equipment, business software, and managed services with national companies, such as Ridgways Inc., and Xerox Corporation. Patrick also has experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Marketing with regional companies, such as Gulf States Real Estate Services and Mauti Meredith Scoggin Properties, where his Real Estate License is active presently.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans after attending Louisiana State University and the University of Texas.
Stacie Boudousque — Business & Commercial Loans
Marketing Director – California Region
Stacie’s Business Career began as an Entrepreneur in 1997 as a Small Business Owner/Operator in a Specialty Niche Commercial Development which combined high end Condominiums above Retail Stores and Restaurants. In 2001, she opened a high-end apparel company, Madelyn Rene’ Apparel Inc. The business was located in a large Luxury Hotel Development. As President of Madelyn Rene’ Apparel, Stacie later advanced her marketing and business expertise on a National Level in other businesses. In 2011 Stacie ‘s Marketing & Business quests continued as the Marketing Director of Ava’s Heart located in Beverly Hills, California. This was a 501c3, non-profit providing resources and housing for transplant patients and their family.
Stacie’s hands on approach to business allows her to evaluate, merit, and execute the needs of Commercial Development, Business and Industry.
Chase Brocato — Marketing
Chase is a recent graduate of the University of Alabama. Chase has a degree Communication & Information Sciences. Chase recently joined the company and manage the Marketing efforts and Federal Compliance for Nations Loan. Chase also worked for U.S. Senator David Vitter in Baton Rouge on his campaign for Louisiana Governor.
Lane Brocato — Social Media Manager
Lane Brocato is a recent graduate from The University of Southern Mississippi in Entertainment Management with a minor in Marketing. She is currently working as the Social Media Marketing for Nations Loan Services and internship program for a local New Orleans Publishing Company providing Social Media management on a daily and hourly basis. She also provides community charity work for local animal shelters.
Rene Puissegur — Credit Underwrite
Mr. Puissegur is responsible for the review and underwriting of loans for Nations Loan Services. His primary duties include the analysis of financial statements; preparation of projections and pro-forma cash flow analyses.
Prior to joining Nations Loan Services, Mr. Puissegur spent over 23 years in banking and economic development. Mr. Puissegur’s commercial banking experience includes being a loan officer, underwriting loans, portfolio management and administering loan operations for government guaranteed loans. His banking experience comes from working with First Commerce Corporation as a loan and relationship analyst, Chase as a small business relationship manager, BizCaptial as a commercial loan underwriter and portfolio manager and First Bank and Trust as the administrator of the bank’s government loan program. He has over 9 years of experience working as a consultant for various centers within the Louisiana Small Business Development Center(SBDC) system. While working with the SBDCs, he maintained a close working relationship with local lenders and various governmental economic development entities such as the SBA and the Louisiana Department of Economic Development. He regularly presented seminars ranging from starting a business to strategic planning. Mr. Puissegur also has prior experience as a controller for companies in the field of residential construction, information technology and radiology.
Mr. Puissegur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.
